Weigh Down Wednesday
I have bad news and I have good news. The bad news is I chowed down on sausage rotel dip when the girls came over last night. The good news is that I did exercise this week and drank water more than I had been. As a result I lost the pound I gained last week. Now -a pound is nothing to jump up and down about. But it's something; and I really only put forth about a pound of effort this week. It's important to stay positive on this journey. I think it's typical of us women to get so down on ourselves when we don't accomplish all that we hoped. So, to summarize, I LOST A POUND! GO, ME!!
