Good (for you) Stuff

This is for my "trying to eat healthy and lose the lbs." friends. Though this recipe would be great to sneak some veggies into your kids' diets as well. The original recipe came from my fellow blogger Gourmet Mom on the Go.
Here's the ingredients:

-a handful of ice
-a handful of fresh spinach
-a cup of frozen peaches (I may try mangoes next time if I can find them)
-1 frozen banana (though mine wasn't frozen and it wasn't a problem)
-1 c. of pineapple juice

The result:

Yumminess!! Try it! It's not as scary as it looks!!
I figured this would be about 2 WW points per serving (2 servings per batch).
