Reese's Surprise Cookies

I was making a meal for a friend tonight and needed a quick easy dessert.  Enter Reese's Surprise Cookies.  These cookies are so rich that it's hard to eat more than one.  But they are TA-STY!!!

Have one of your kids unwrap the mini reese's cups.  Just try to keep them from eating every other one.

Prepare the peanut butter cookie mix as directed by the package.  Flatten a golf ball size of dough in your hand.  Put a Reese's cup in the center.

Completely cover the Reese's cup with dough.  Roll the ball of dough in sugar.

Bake about 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Yummy!!
