I made the cute Happy Fathers Day tie pendant that was floating around the net and I made 5 different desserts.
Lemon bars, oatmeal raisin cookies, peach crumb cake, pineapple pretzel fluff, and chocolate lovers cake
The beauty of it was I didn't even have to go to the store. I built my menu around what is in my pantry. Not that I wouldn't go all out for my dad, but this also shows that anyone can entertain on a budget and with limited time.
It was a great way to honor our Dad's that was a little bit different format than the usual dinner.
