I just started the 17 day diet. Are you familiar with it? It's very sensible and not "faddish". But...and here's the clincher, it's low carb. Ughhh! But I can do anything for 17 days. And a good sugar detox never hurt anyone, (right???).
For my dinner tonight, I was able to make just a "me" portion using these handy dandy Ziploc bags.
I had some tilapia and broccoli that I seasoned with some Mrs. Dash.
Then I put everything in the steamer bag in the microwave for 6 minutes.
It was tasty and fully cooked. It didn't tasted nuked at all.
I think this method will be a great way to customize my meal without any extra work!
